Perfect growing conditions this year made for one of our most productive Semillon yields. Our 2021 Josephine Semillon has that perfect balance of citrussy acid you would expect from a young Hunter Semillon, along with softer, apple and tropical fruit essences that makes for enjoyable drinking right now or a wine that will cellar for many years to come.

"Light straw-yellow hue, with a crushed herb, the palate very restrained and shy, youthfully undeveloped and properly dry at the close. Lemon acid drops. Needs a little more time to build character".
